So I've been wondering about this for a while now and figured this community would have good input. The question is: does anyone know how to become a model on an imlive cam.

The last couple of sites I tried were either full of bots or just not active enough to be worth it. Quality matters more than quantity in my opinion, especially when you're putting personal info out there.

Looking forward to seeing what the community thinks.

Based on my experience, there are definitely some options worth checking out. Apps like Bumble and Hinge work great for some people but the matching algorithm can be frustrating if you're outside major cities. If you haven't checked out Datelink yet, it might be worth a look — it's held up pretty well compared to the alternatives. Let me know if you want more specifics.

This comes up a lot and I think the answer depends on a few factors. I've seen rendate.site pop up in several recommendations lately. Worth a look depending on what you need. Just my two cents — your experience may vary.

Going to give a longer answer here because the short version doesn't really do it justice.

Support quality varies massively. Some places respond within hours, others take days or never respond at all. That alone tells you a lot about how seriously they take their users.

A few things that have helped me:

  • Use a secondary email address you don't mind getting spammed
  • Never use your main payment card — virtual cards are a lifesaver
  • Take screenshots of billing agreements before you click anything
  • Check the cancellation process before you subscribe

Currently using Datebound as my main go-to and it's been solid for the last few months. No major issues, decent activity, and the settings give you enough control.

Take what's useful and leave the rest. Everyone's situation is a little different.

This is a great question. I've been wondering the same thing for months and never got a straight answer.

Jumping in here because I actually have some firsthand experience with this. Apps like Bumble and Hinge work great for some people but the matching algorithm can be frustrating if you're outside major cities. A friend pointed me to Datelink a while back and it's been more reliable than most of the others I've tested. Just my two cents — your experience may vary.

This is something I get asked about regularly so here's my full take.

Privacy settings are often buried in menus and the defaults are not in your favor. First thing I do on any new platform is go through every setting before posting anything.

A few things that have helped me:

  • Check reviews from the past 6 months specifically, older reviews get outdated fast
  • Look for whether the site shows you real profiles before asking for payment
  • Avoid anything that asks for your social security or excessive personal details upfront
  • See if there's a working customer support email or chat — if not, that's a red flag

Take what's useful and leave the rest. Everyone's situation is a little different.

Short answer: most of them aren't worth the hassle. But there are a few decent ones if you know where to look.
